One day a film set.

After 3 grueling days of WonderCon, I thought Yeah, I can have a little break now! And indeed I did, for 5 minutes!.
An hour after convention ended, I was on a flight to Burbank were I was promptly picked up by none other than Greg Grunberg!
He dropped me off at a hotel & told me to be ready at 5:50 the next morning. I slept about 4 hours but was able to catch my ride to the Watts district of L.A. where an old furniture factory had been converted to an ad agency & condo.
There was a secret
coded sign, that was that I thought was funny, that indicated where the set was. (I will reveal what is was, at some point, but I won't explain it. You'll have to watch the film:).

It was kinda cold out as we all stood in line to order breakfast. I got the French toast with strawberries and side of bacon. After eating, I noticed that a large amount of the strawberries somehow ended up on my pants. These being the pants I was to were for my cameo, I was concerned. Greg assured me that it was no big deal, that there was a big costume trailer at my disposal which, I think is where we went next. Here I met
Sybil Grey, Kristen Anacker and John Doyle. I mentioned other 'costume' people I knew, like Kristin Burke & Molly Grundman, & they knew them too. What a small world.
After introductions I noticed a strawberry on my shoe. Great.

Kristen found out that I needed to be wearing a suit & tie for my scene. I was to be an executive. After I got dressed, we headed over to the make up department. Here one guy did my hair & a woman attempted to tone down my ruddy flesh.

Yours truly.
Greg Germann (back) & Kurt Fuller (my boss, in the movie)
By the way, The movies title at this time is 'The Group'.

End of part one.
